@SRAMtech in the beginning you say that bleeding is removing air from the system. so aside from collecting air bubbles does the fluid itself ever actually break down/get dirty?
i just hate hydrolics brakes since i had to change pads on my juicy3, the pistons were too close togheter so i had to push them apart (advice from pinkbike forum) this broke the diaphragm so i would have to empty the brake, buy & install new diaphragm and rebleed the brake, im not rich godamnit, and what a pain in the a*s!! now im pissed cuz it would be less expensive to get some brand new BB5 but id be stuck with brand new juicy3 pads!!!

@tasteegold7772 In cars it's recomended to change the brake fluid at a certain interval, so yeah I guess something happens with the fluid over time.
