Hey Helmet had as much depth and intellegence behind their music, hence why they are called a thinking mans heavy band, or what I call intellectual metal like A Perfect Circle, Prong, and Isis. They just have a very different style. Page Hamilton has a less melodic and more mechanical sound to his music, but makes a great an advanced composition. These guys are really amazing too and I am glad even in 2009 they were playing so should have seen them.

That was the most amazing jam at the end! I wish these guys would do a full blown reunion, but I was ucky enough to see them live Years ago. THey didn't play his song though. Thanks for posting!
