Crazy Spanish human towers at the Regent's Street Festival in London. The rather over-zealous commentary in parts is a guy explaining goings-on to his little girl.

  • Castells are awesome. Shame on the people that can't just enjoy them and stop thinking in absurd nationalisms from any of both sides :(

  • Any way spanish tradition!!!!!!!!!

    Visca Catalunya lliure!

  • YEAH, not spanish, catalans!there are some of these kind of towers in valencia too, muixerangues, castellers' fathers.

:) and i'm gland you liked it! I play the instrument you can hear while they're building the tower and I love this tradition!

  • (si quieres te lo digo en castellano que seguro que me entiendes pero bueno aquí va...) you know what is the problem? easy, people ask to change the description and put Catalonia, 'cos it's from there and it's a very deep feeling, legitimate isn't it? if it wasn't Castellers and it was another thing and people asked to change Spainf for Andaluz or Galician etcetera, i'm pretty sure a lot of people wouldn't have any problem... because that's the problem isn't it? because it's catalan...

  • haya again, last time I checked Castellers were only in Catalonia, I didn't know they build human towers in Teruel or Lugo or Soria or Almería or Badajoz or Murcia or Bilbao or Madrid or Orense or Vizcaya or... wow, that's cool! Castelleres rock! they are from everywhere... aren't they?

  • last time I checked, Cataluña was part of Spain...
