It's easy to get into the habit of letting your kids watch a lot of TV- especially in Winter. One way to keep track of screen time (whether it is TV, Computer, video Games etc), is to organize a Screen Time Journal. Write down the time your kids spend in front of the TV etc. You will be surprised at how much they watch I bet -I know I was when I did this.

You will also notice that when you put some limits on Screen time your kids will start doing much more constructive things with their time and use their toys much more -helping them with improved brain function.
Start with NO TV before school to start the day in a much better way without the rushing around that happens when TV is part of your morning routine. It will make [parenting] your kids so much easier!
