are you using a type 1 case ? did you have to cleareance the cam with such crank ? en estimated hp output ? what trans are you using , to take such abuse ?

I REALLY dont want to sound like an idiot but how many inches is your tranny raised? I have to wonder only because it sits like a dream?

sorry for not responding, i just saw your question today. 3.5" raise on the tranny and narrowed 6". the front is raised 3/4" with 1/2"tilt backward for caster along with dropped spindles and adjusters. by the way it is for sale with trailer last sept it ran 11.82 et @ 113mph at bandimere

i was wondering how is it possible to have such smooth idle speed is it the cam? what makes it so smooth?

@firebeetlese i don't think its the cam. i think it is tuned correctly. the idle is set at 1300 -1500 rpm , carbs are sync'd and have the proper idle jets. most importantly my friend eddie radillo tuned it.

at bandemere speedway in denver, co, which is over a mile high i ran a 11.88 sec 1/4 mile 113 mph. at grand junction,co which is a couple thousand feet lower in altitude i ran 11.82 et
