P.S. Since I had uploaded this episode of National Geographic's Really Wild Animals, I had annouced a new Pooh's adventures film title, Pooh's adventures of Really Wild Animals - Dinosaurs and Other Creature Features.

  • The thing I love about this show is that it usually ends on a beautiful song. This episode... eh, no. lol

  • @blueravenfire Also this episode made me salivate for a video game with "monster movie aesthetic", and after Metroid: Other M failed me there, Resident Evil 4 gave me what I wanted.

  • @LinkMarioSamus yeah, it dosen't

  • @blueravenfire The fact that this episode reminds me of the Metroid series (guess where that lead) does not help matters either.

  • @LinkMarioSamus yeah, the RWA defined my childhood too, but i don't like this one so much, I like the others alot better. i had the whole series on VHS once, but i sold them because i felt i grew out of them, now i regret in doing that.

  • @LinkMarioSamus After that my parents actually allowed me to buy a DVD set containing 5 episodes of RWA since I hadn't owned any others as a child (and the DVD set included this very one, lol), and I had a blast watching all 5 of them all over again. I was also playing Metroid: Other M in tandem, and I have a feeling that RWA may have softened up that game's controversial plot for me somehow.

  • @blueravenfire On further inspection, it's probably due to the fact that this episode of RWA essentially defines my childhood. The hilarious thing is that afterwards my parents said that it was too kiddy, so between 2002 and 2010 I forgot about it entirely, and then I watched the show again and I was enthralled, although again it's more likely because it captures my childhood essence so well. My parents then realized their folly and liked the series as well.

  • @blueravenfire Somehow that last song resonates with me a lot. I have no idea how.

The Jungle one and the Ocean one are probably best overall though.

  • I like the RWA videos, but is easily the weakest of the series. it was disgusting and the songs are terrible. the only part i like about this one was the dinosaur part.

  • I will soon be pooping this part! Get ready for more inapproprate and tasteless Derek and Clive skits, Jonathan Miller, Random movie sound bites in your educational kids video!
