Kris Goldsmith, at the Bellmore Street Fair, was silenced on October 26 for being against the Iraq War.

The Chamber of Commerce in many areas of LI including Bellmore is an extension of the Republican Party. They should not be allow to have a street fair. Im sure there must be a laywer somewhere that can challenge thier permit.

How horrible-- to take a veteran of war and treat him like that is HORRIBLE! Assault is threatening. Shame on Belmore, the Chamber of Commerce, and the police(the police should know better, but then again they must be OWNED by the Chamber-- idiots). The Chamber of Commerce is obviously a partisan of Right Wingnuts everywhere. Fie fools-- all of them!

This is a "non-partisan" event, everyone is supposed to be welcome at the street fair.
