What a smart bird!

UPDATE 9/20:
Sadly, I had to lock up their cage doors. The blue one, the only male in this family, was eaten by a hawk/wolf/disgusting animal because he never went back inside his cage. (Though only this green one could open the cage door, she would open it for other birds, too, to let them out. The blue one never made it back home...)

Final update, 1/2007
all the birds have died, including the mommy bird i owned for seven great years. rest in peace, this video is the only and last i have of them.

  • The bird don't like you

  • I was wondering how all of the parakeets escaped from a cage. Thanks for the video.

  • The blue and yellow budgie looks just like my budgie Smiggle!

  • Awww, I wish my canary can do that!! :'D

  • @w1s3sxj3nk i hope you fixed that problem!

  • LOL-birds can be escape artists! My lovebird did that-and it was easilly solved by clipping a clothespin across two bars above the door. Why on earth did you have a male and females together?

I'm sorry they died, what happened?

  • @nicolleteperfect. It's easy to put them back in. Easier if they trust you. When you want to tame them, take one out at a time. Then once fully tamed, you can take both. When I was taming my, I would put it back in the cage and take it back out, it would act untamed. I think the other was a bad influence. (: lol, mine are tamed now tho. Budgies / parakeets take time.

  • Four parakeets? Omg, I have two. I want a pure white one though(:

  • SMART!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
