@MrBeanerschnitzel I just wish they could have sounded as great on an album than how they are live. Darby never really sung into the mic and the drugs destroyed him too...

There were so many bands exploding on the scene. <3 the domestic Darby scene in the kitchen in comparison to his stage presence.

I can't watch this much.....it's just too ridiculous. Thank god Pat smear ended up with foo fighters otherwise these jokers would have been his legacy.

Shock value replacing actual ability and substance. I they're precious. I think they're cute. They're soo mad!! Oh yes they are. Precious little bastards. GG Allin was a poor insane bastard who was murdered by his fans in that they encouraged him to kill himself. He's a casualty of young bloodlust. Poor bastard.

The Germs are considered by those who know one of the all time great american punk groups.and their album [GI] is on a short list of the greatest american punk albums. The band behind Darby is tight as hell and has a tremendous, driving attack. And Darby's performance in the film is one for the ages. I can see how many would call it awful but you have to have a certain kind of sensibility for things like this. It seems chaotic but it ends up being one of the greatest performances in punk history
