@ukusapillage yes, you can say that, but Chinese can also argue that the language and territory are the same as the ancient empires. High school student in China can read ancient books written 2000 years ago.

Actually, Chinese did invent guns and canons too, but the same time this technology was being discussed, China was in great decline, so no new models, while in the West, the Portuguese, Dutch, French, English were busy coming out with new models every year.

Just immagine if China would not be communist right now they would be the number one super state in the world. Communist or not i still can't help but to admire and respeact them greatly :)
