Sushi had my BG hit 346 last week. I havent been that high in ages. I've recently learned how to bolus for it. Sushi is my cheat meal, now that I know you cheat, i dont feel so bad about it! LOL. As far as fast food, I dont eat the stuff either. I pretty much stick to my meal plan, Low carb, lots of fruits & veggies, lots of water and soy/almond milk. As you know I LOVE sushi! so I'll cheat with that :-)
