why this cellphone can't fastforward/rewind videos?

I had this phone and it had great features, but the over all functionality of my phone was poor. I had to send my first 6126 back for a warranty replacement. That one also had problems.

I've owned this phone before and I thought it was great. But I was extremely disappointed about the battery life.
