I don't like people who hurt and kill animals, and of course I dislike corridas and any other show involving cruelty of any kind.

The animal is born to fight the glorious dance of death. His remains are usually donated to the poor.There are many technical requirements to perform well. The traditions is deeply ingrained in history and culture. I've seen the bull saved because of it bravery, the matador humiliated by the bull , the bulls owner disgraced by the bulls performance. There's certain nobility in dying with class , while fulfilling one's purpose. It is Art, Danger and Death performed for profit.

We should have fights of people fighting people.. Just a sword for each of them and fight to death.. That I would love to see... But these bulls prior to fight they are left in a dark room without food for 3 days.. that's not a fair fight.. Why dont they fight a bull in good shape? or better yet a lion or a bear.. When a man can kill one of those animals with just a sword that's a proud to be accomplishment.. :)

@ygs2sup the matador is supposed to hit it right behind the neck area in the spine and actually go all the way through after a hit like that the bull will most likely have severe nerve damage and will usually stop in its place and fall over quite rapidly and die from that damage or the massive internal blood loss his body will have, this is to give a the bull a quick death for putting up a decent fight

the bull you see dying in the end, he isnt supposed to take that long to die, you can see the sword only went halfway through and was placed to the side of the spine, for this the matador will usually be booed, for he has done a poor job of finishing of his opponent, just like mayweather did with ortiz

I love the Bullfights. It is such a shame that we can´t have men fighting lions, tigers and snakes as in the good old days of the Roman Empire. But who knows - happy days ar still to come !

personally, I would rather die after a fight than in a meat house. Animals or humans alike, we all have a little bit of spartan in us all who wants to fight for glory and pride to the death. THIS IS SPARTTAAAAAAAAA

They could either die, old and msierable, in a field...or an honorable fight to the death, as is the nature of his species.
