All the reviews I've read online about the new Pantene products have been so bad that I returned mine before even using them (the shampoo and onditioner). I have read literally dozens and dozens and dozens of furious [former] customers who HATE the new line.They all say they want the old formula back, and many claim it has even made them start losing their hair, which is why I took mine back. I'm not about to risk losing my hair.
