Lol, yes it is a vac hack. There is another version in the video response which you can watch. I uploaded the fullscreen version because people thought it was fake.

okay i dont really get hacking but...hacking is wen is wen u do too much high damage or seomthing? o-o if not someone plz tell me cuz ive like never seen a hacker in my life until now :3

Hacking is changing how the game is played to your advantage. In other words, cheating. In my video here, this guy was "god moding" meaning he doesn't take damage. "Dup Vacing" meaning attacking all the monsters on the map even though they are not in front of him. "Auto looting" meaning he picks up everything on the map.
