Appears to be staged....not really funny to me. Especially when the "man" starts the engine on his raggedy car, drives it without sitting in the driver's seat, along comes the only black man in this beautiful neighborhood, and he steals the car! As if the only business a black man has in a nice neighborhood is to steal, kill, and destroy! Let's be real, people!
