  • i did not know about the last one. I'm gonna do it the next time I work my chest. thanks :D

  • so he means the out part the minor muscle that is the inner muscle ? am i right ?

  • That last one involve so much minor pec.

  • this guy has no idea what he's talking about. outer part of chest? really?

  • nice videos :-)

  • Instructionalfitness, I love basketball. I'm 5'7 and I can dunk! I just took the famous workout at "50-inch-vertical[dot]com" - you can probably do it too

  • Thanks for the great videos i been looking for ways to shape my chest :D

  • Neurologically, you can get some various activity with this movement but there is no such thing as working the outter or inner chest. Isolation is a myth but that's what bodybuilders live by. Also if you arch your back too much you go into hyperextension thus loading the discs of the L4-L5, which can over time become irritated unless you have a pre-existing injury then it will give you a lot of problems.

  • love this site!!!!!!!!!!!...thanks JOE

  • @JD12111211 also, my gym has fully adjustable crossovers, so incline, shoulder height, and finally decline. so about 6 sets to start off 10-12 reps. 9 sets to finish with 8-10 reps. three at each .
