Ms. Cary Snelson Grant from 3 C's RV, RV Rental of Denver, RV Rental of DIA, & Mile High RV Rentals

This video is an example of the customer service I encountered after renting an rv from Ms. Cary Snelson Grant owner of the former 3 C's RV, RV Rental of Denver, RV Rental of DIA, and now it seemsthe owner of the new Mile High RV Rentals.
Ms. Grants' incredible attempt at customer service will SHOCK you!
You may ask yourself why so many different company names?? You have to keep starting new companies when your customers and creditors come after you and people catch on to your games. Listen for yourself and your questions will be answered! We rented a vehicle for over $3000 dollars for a week and had to pitch a fit to get her to change out the bald & dangerous tires (and was threatened repeatedly that she was gonna just cancel our trip instead of fixing them) before we went over 2500 miles with our loved ones!! She also sent us out on this trip with 1 headlight and NO windshield wipers!!!! Then stole our deposit and made fraudulent charges on our credit card!!
This clip shows one method used by her to steal from me where she attempts to give me a portion of the $1300 she was stealing from me to pacify me and get rid of me. After seeing a posting that one of our group posted to warn others of her, she demanded that I have it removed before she would send me my check that she was refunding me. In essence, she blackmailed me to get my own money back!! As you can imagine.... I never got the check and was subsequently charged an additional $435 to my credit card on file.
Cary Grant (owner of above entities) has succeeded in abusing the trust put into her by her renters and stolen thousands of dollars from my group & other friends that used her, and from the various comments around the internet ... many, many other victims.

It seems that she has not only changed the names of her company 3 or more times in 2 years but also the address of her business. We rented from 22020 E. Atlantic Place in Aurora,CO but she is now claiming 951 S. Richfield Way, also in Aurora as her admin office now. Seems to be a tactic to distance herself from previous bad press from the former company names.

This lady did everything she could to ruin our summer 2010 vacation and has absolutely not a grain of remorse for what she is doing to people.
BEWARE: DO NOT SPIN THE WHEEL WITH THIS COMPANY ON YOUR FAMILYS' VACATION.
Instead... rent from a reputable company that has positive feedback on the consumer sites. I wish I would have checked before I rented!!

The truth is that we did not wreck the vehicle at all but more like she has screwed us like all the other rentals! She has only her contract to go by and thats where I crewed up was trusting her with such a 1 sided contract!! I learned the hard way so you don't have to!!!!! I'm sure if I had "wrecked" her vehicle, she would not have been offering to give money back!

P.S. Carybury... You need to check out the Colorado laws again or have your lawyer check it cause once again YOU ARE WRONG!!!!

Don't remember the exact site it was posted on but it was removed for her and then she still never refunded the deposit money. Seems to be her M.O.!

It was a Colorado RV forum of some type but if you look on most any of the available forums dealing with RV rentals now, you will see something pertaining to 3C's victims over the last 2 years.

We rented from "crazy Cary" three years ago and had the exact same experience. She was so nuts she even threatened that if we ever came to Colorado again the attorney general would arrest us at the airport. We were both stunned and angered to be taken advantage of when we were trying to go on a family vacation with our children. Be particularly careful as an out of state renter as she tried suing us in a small claims court claiming it was a landlord dispute. Bottom line- she's crazy, don't rent

What KS does not tell on the video is that he wrecked the RV and the money was due as per the Contract he endorsed. This is the reason why he can't take the company to court. However, now that he has posted this video the Company has ample reason to pursue legal charges against him. It is illegal in the State of Colorado to record anyone without their written permission.
