@Trinivalist --the ole school singers in the States aren't rich either. It is just the way it is, sadly.

@Trinivalist --true.

@Trinivalist i don't know where you are from, but Soca is Very much ALIVE
-
Nobody says it like Cro Cro, this song is old, but one of my favourites, it a parody on Soca, and a reminder that culture is driven by the popularity vote, so fellow Trini's in Toronto let's get out to the Calypso tents this Caribana 2011 and support Kaiso/ Calypso. We can always 'Jump and Wave' the following Saturday on 'Lakeshore', I like Cro Cro's hand on the back of the head/ wine move, fete for so, for 2011.

The year was 1995...

I love to see him perform.A very infulencial calypsonian....
-
would like to see his performance at the calypso monarch,would like to know what year that was
I love that so many people are into kaiso/calypso. Sadly it's dying... soca was supposed to usher in a new era for calypso. He's so good it's ridiculous. It's so terrible that more of the world is not into calypso. Calypsonians should be as rich as these rappers they have in the states.

Big Up Cro Cro. He is one of the greatest calypsonians ever. He is very deserving of the Trinity Cross.
