Mixed Martial Arts

MMA, also known as Mixed Martial Arts, is a combat sport that uses a wide variety of fighting techniques. At Far East Fitness, we teach various combat techniques, which use the eight points of the body. Our classes are taught by a professional fighter. All of our students have the option of competing in local competitions.


Tai Chi Chuan

    I took the traditional combos and found a shorter path with less wasted movement. Isn't that the goal? I teach all of my intermediates students to advance and engage instead of retreating to attack. If you watch Cerio He does the same thing.

  • It is worth noting that this is Combo #4 followed by Combo #2. So, there are two combos, but I wouldn't have titled it Combo2. . .
