@wannagoodcar I believe he was referring to the consistent whiteish blue flashes that you can see throughout the video. and yes they are cameras.... it is china...

The light which blinks in the upper part of the front from 0:25〜 is the light of the bridge pier upper part.
At this time, it is running the bridge which exists 860 meters in length.
It is Yokohama Bay Bridge.

@Catchaontheflipsyde I think its the lights on the signs and other cars headlights and such. Maybe cos hes going fast its making a flashing effect
