If you are having problems with your computer I can help! Send me a message or check out www.FastVideoTech.com

If you plan on working on your laptop, please take notes and take your time. This video makes things look very easy. Some connectors will fall apart easier than they will disconnect and can take several minutes to slowly work apart. It is VERY easy to break small components that are expensive to replace. Depending on your individual skill level you may have more of a chance breaking something than fixing something. If your laptop is important to you, please let an experienced technician handle it. I have over 10 years experience working with computers. I will try my best to answer questions but please keep them related to the video and the work being done. Thank you for watching! • OMFG This looks like an effing nightmare! I bought a SSD, do I still even need the fan? It still gets a little hot now, but I changed my PC performance and it helped with the heat. It seems like the only thing thats getting hot is the fan itself...

  • your replacing your Fan in this video,my question is why where you replacing it in the first place? like what problem were you facing? i dont want to buy a replacement for the wrong reason. my fan is making a wierd noise and i dont know if i might have to replace it or if i have to open it and clean the dust :/ my fan is making a noise like if its stressing to cool my dv4 . idk if the cause is the dust or something else, ._. please reply thanks <3

  • Thanks for the helpful vid. I was surprised that you didn't clear the dust off the cooling fins before you put the new fan in, or was there any? Also, it looked like you were having a problem getting the motherboard seated. What was the problem you experienced? Thanks again.
