Who says there is no snow in Morzine / Avoriaz this winter? Check out this clip of Mint Snowboard School instructor David (aka Pinchie) taking one of our favourite clients, Heinzy, on a backcountry snowboard adventure. From the top of the Arare chairlift in Avoriaz they hiked up to the top of les Hauts Forts (2466m) and then traversed the very exposed ridge to access the Couloir du Nant d'Ankerne. They were then rewarded with a descent in excellent powder snow. Nice on guys!
