@ralphzwang No it's not, Yue is not Chinese, just because the Hans from the north took over the south in later years and forced everyone to adopt the term Chinese, does not make the Yue people Chinese. The Yue people had their own culture and customs until the Hans stole the land from them. It's like saying that all the people in Hong Kong are part of an rich family of English languages because the British took the country for 100 years.
