@hanginghimself Indeed raising VAT was a fatal error on Osborne's part. It effects the retail sector which is exactly where money is needed. Osborne has taxed the economy, it really is economic suicide. Growth forecasts for 2012 are virtualy non-existent, we are heading for a world wide depression.

@Hammersmith80 I agree with alot of what you have said, particually about Brown and the idiotic things he did as chancellor. Sadly tho, the Tories are no good either. Tax the poor seems to be their mantra everytime they are in power. They also can't help dabbling with people pensions.

@701shep Lol apologies I mis-read you post hence I have removed the comment I made in response to yours. Yes the racist tag was used against anyone who dared to talk about immigration, thankfully those days are coming to an end. All three main parties have a perverse desire for mass immigration because the big businesses they support are able to employ cheap foreign labour at the expense of our own unemployed.

It's a disgrace but I'm afraid nothing will change. GB has changed forever.
