"King Size Canary" is one of the funniest "golden age" cartoon shorts of all time. It's an outrage that this cartoon was not nominated for an Oscar.

All Tex Avery's shorts need to be restored and put on dvd! WB have the most random Hanna Barbera saturday morning cast off's on dvd, but no TEX?! Disgraceful is the word. This is a fabulous short btw! Thanks for sharing :)

Glad to see this classic Avery cartoon in mint condition with others he did! Preston Blair worked at MGM with him and made the How to draw Animation books many animaters have studied, including me! Maybe those watching this might find my hand drawn animated videos, THE COLOSSEUM, THE MAGIC ARROWS, and BALDER'S EGG interesting to watch on my channel page on you tube. Great you uploaded these!
