ok the snake thing and knowing who your father is is easy the snake is the devil snake hvae been represented as evil because of what the devil took on as a form in the garden of eden knowing who your father is means who GOD is your father the devil or GOD so if you have a snake like persona you give birth to another snake because it grows up to be just like its parent and vice versa but not always

Prince was very classy about it (he is a big Kevin Smith fan too).

The sad thing about it (and my point) is that you never seen Prince talking shit about Bono or David Bowie, but Kevin Smith have a large trash record: Tim Burton, Bryan Singer, Kurt Cobain etc.

Does that make him an asshole? YES.
