@Icehut people of India r still poor not due 2 d spendings of d government towards d science missions, but due to corruption, d enormous amount of Indian money stacked in foreign banks....which r Indian tax payer's money....and which r supposed to be used for India's welfare. Once, a Swiss bank director said, "Indians r poor but India is not a poor country......." --based on d amount of money stacked in Swiss banks only. So stopping the progress of science is not d solution.......
