Wes Craven's New Nightmare **Revisited**

Here's my tribute video (slideshow) to "Wes Craven's New Nightmare" one of the best horror movie of the 90's....of course dont watch it if you havent yet seen the movie some parts may spoiled the fun for you and i wouldnt want that ::, but since the movie came out almost 12 years ago!! i'm pretty sure most of you saw it at least once....enjoy the video! :).

But i definitely dont agree, "New Nightmare" is far from being a movie that sucked, it was praise by many critics and most fans (rightfully so) with the original Nightmare its the best one, the nightmare sequels looks horrible movies compare to "New Nightmare", i think here its the case of something new and different (talking about the concept of "New Nightmare") that people are not use to see.

most of the sequels were a huge disapointment. Final Nightmare, New Nightmare, the Dream Master are all good, in my opinion, dream warriors was ok. When you saw the first Nightmare, not too many people were prepared for it!! I was unnerved by it myself when I first saw it myself, back in '01! You didn't really like any of the sequels? 2 and 5 are the worst.

I was 15 when I saw the first Nightmare, back in 1985. As a horror buff, I loved it, and remember being truly unnerved by it, The sequels were an obvious disappointment.

ive seen every nightmare movie (and im not planning on seeing the shitty remake with billy bob throton as freddy), but honestly i thought that new nightmare was the worst of the nightmare movies. Freddy was awesome in that movie....too bad he gets completely upstaged by that goddamn little kid doing THE MOST CLICHE LITTLE KID IN A HORROR MOVIE BITS THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE MOVIE. Freddy kills julie for 1 minute then immmeditaely goes back to kid. he's walking across the freeway now, "oh no"

I remember when this came out. I was in 4th grade at the time. It was about a week after my 11th birthday. Glad I didnt see it then, I wouldve freaked the fuck out cuz i saw it 4 years after it came out and couldnt sleep for weeks. When I was younger, this movie scared the shit outta me, especially the beginning when the glove comes to life and starts killing motherfuckers. It can get kind of boring when you watch it over and over now, but still one of my all-time favorite movies.
