  • ditto blader, Body Heat was my fav movie for years and still is in my top five fav today; the music set the atmosphere, ambiance of sultriness and mystery that was the essence of the movie.

  • By the composer of the infamous 007 theme song, John Barry, this piece captures perfectly the dangerous passion that could lead a man to kill for love.

  • Rest in peace Mr Barry, thank you for your many excellent musical contributions. Your work created authentic tones and truly enriched the films you contributed too. Gone but not forgotten.

  • Not only do I love this score and recording, I had the pleasure of making the cover painting for this CD. It is now available as a LIMITED EDITION PRINT at SanguinFineArt

Both John and Joel are awesome! Matthew Peak

  • it may be common knowledge but

john barry has had a big influence on

cineomatagraffic music for a long time.

oo7 was not the only riff in town.

comparisons are obvious but john barry?

he knew the score ,wherever he is. heres too you jb.

  • Kathleen Turner was at her peak back then, plus Romancing the Stone.

  • Great openinng song and soundtrack. I love this movie, the ending is a shocker!

  • This is VERY interesting. I'm watching the 1947 noir 'The Unfaithful'...and the baseline of the 'Body Heat' theme is clearly there. It looks like John Barry just added the sax theme on top. The composer on 'The Unfaithful' was Max Steiner.

  • una musica troppo sensuale...... anche 30 anni dopo.

LEI: Cosa avrei dovuto indossare secondo te ?

LUI: Non avresti dovuto indossare quel corpo!

  • It's midnight, but it's still so hot and humid the flies are panting. At the police station chief wipes the sweat off his face and thinks, "If the temp drops five degrees, this town will explode. Worse, something evil is going down somewhere; I can feel it."

  • All these great films i remember and the music composed by one man , astounding.

  • @RogueRotting360 A pity that Norman lied in court then. He claims to have composed all of it, including the bebop section.
