Wrecks from all kinds of events going with a really good song to it. The first video isn't me but the other two videos are. The pictures are random.

  • Is it bad that I'm more concerned for the horses and not the people eating dirt?

  • English or western it doesnt matter! If you have the guts to ride a 1000 lb animal thats tough! In western you gotta trust your horse and it has to trust you to turn on a dime at full speed, and in english your horse has to trust you and you have to trust it to make all the right moves and clear a fence! Cowgirls all the way<3

  • @BekkysEddie I said I like martingales.Read the comment. And yes I'm smarter than a 7 year old.No I don't know everything..Like I said, you should stop making up things about people. And a lot of people use the reins for their balance and don't realize it.Yes the martingale forces his head into position but they are in a fixed position and are ok for training. That isn't a lie you can read facts about them.

  • @quarterhorselover100 And you should stop making things up about Martingales. EVERY THING YOU HAVE SAID ABOUT THEM IS A PACK OF LIES! you dont know shit all! They are a training tool i have seen many a western rider use them too, and actuall i have seen more harm to the horses through western than english.I know little 7 year olds know more than you do. You think you know everything. dont you? Besides who uses reins as ballance thats just silly.

  • @kljl2 Well good, they are simply a tool to control the horse,But they trap the head.So the riders hands only can pull their head so high, then the tyedown stops her.So the horses head is pulled up and down at the same time. Then he learns to brace against it and stiffen up.Martingales are another way to force a horses head down but they put the head in more of a fixed position

  • @BekkysEddie Yes I have jumped a jump 3'9 on my gelding bareback. And I ride bareback all the time so I have good balance, and I don't hold onto the reins for my balance either. You should really stop making up things about people.

  • @quarterhorselover100 Also I ride bare back all the time with my friends. You think we have no balance!? can you jump 2'9 with no saddle?! I dont think so. I think we can maintain a seat better than you anyday. We have a western rider at our barn and we managed to convert her in to one of the best dressage riders at our barn and a damn good jumper too. when she moved to our barn she brought her western stuff with her and my jumper also makes a good barrel racer because we have tried it all.

  • @quarterhorselover100 English riders fit this video just fine its more about the attitude to get on and ride a 1000 pond animal with a mid of its own. yes dressage riders ride woth more than 1 bit bbut that fine because its more for show and it takes alot of training before they will ride with it. AND DONT THINK WE YANK OUR HORSES! we dont we turn them with our outside aids. ie outside rein and out side leg. and dont act like you know every thing cuz you read some book.

  • If you don't ride English you shouldn't be putting it down and saying nasty stuff about it. Because you don't know about it. Just because some people put a bad rep on it doesn't mean every English rider does that.

  • i ride english and western and tye downs are fine if your training

  • @quarterhorselover100 I've ridden western and most of my friends have to, and not all english riders do that therefore I think that both of us are wrong
