its all together a very good drawing ^_^ the shading is especially good
the only thing i see wrong is the hand with the book and the foot being backwards which you already know about
and your spelling of construcive criticismbut that has nothing to do with the drawing... eh...
it is a wonderful drawing though!

Cons: The hand doesn't look like it's holding the book.
