ALBERTA Casa Vacanze è una tipica casa ligure, max 4 posti letto, a pochi passi dal mare.
Affaccia sulla piazzetta nella zona detta "la Marina", a 20 metri dal mare, in posizione unica e con una vista stupenda.
E' dotata di 4 POSTI LETTO in totale, disposta su 3 livelli.
Al PIANO TERRA c'è la cucina completa con angolo cottura; ristrutturata mantenendo a vista gli antichi muri in pietra.
Al PIANO PRIMO si trova una stanza con un letto singolo, bagno e balcone con vista mare.
Al PIANO SECONDO troverete una stanza tripla con letto matrimoniale più un letto singolo e balcone vista mare.
Ristrutturata recentemente cercando di mantenere inalterate le caratteristiche di tipicità.
La nostra struttura è dotata del marchio di qualità ambientale ECOQUALITY rilasciato dal Parco Nazionale delle Cinque Terre per un turismo sostenibile.
E' ideale per una famiglia o per una coppia.

ALBERTA Holiday House is typical ligurian house on 3 levels, 20 metres from the sea.
It has a total of 4 beds.
At first floor kitchen; at 2nd floor singol room with bathroom and balcony with seaview, at 3rd floor triple room with double bed and singol bed, balcony with seaview.
Ideal for a family or a couple.
We are certified by Parco Nazionale delle Cinque Terre with the ECOQUALITY.
The price is to rent the whole house, not part of it or a room.
It is a family menagement, we welcome our guests in an informal and friendly way.
We own another another holiday house in the near village of Riomaggiore, ask us for any question.

ALBERTA Maison de Vacances c'est une typique maison de la Liguria, près de mer.
Elle est partagée en trois étages avec quatre lits.
Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a la cuisine avec touts les conforts.
Au première etage il y a une chambre avec un seul lit, tv, bain et balcon qui a una belle vue sur le mer.
Au deuxième étage il y a la chambre avec un lit matrimonial et un single lit et une jolie vue sur le mer.
