@slicknicknirvana pretty sure that if u end up killing yourself, u are far past the point of caring what anyone thinks of you

All the music I've loved and listened.
Always Elliott.
Never another.

@damnedblo7 It's been a conspiracy ever since it took place. His autopsy revealed that his death was a possible homicide, yet the LAPD closed the case almost immediately. Very fishy, to say the least. His girlfriend was in the bathroom and claimed she walked out to see Elliott with a knife in his chest; and he left a note saying "I'm so sorry—love, Elliott. God forgive me." He quit all drugs 3-4 months before this happened, and all of his friends said he appeared to be in much better health.

i heard he tried to cut his own heart out to show it to his girl so she knew that he loves her literally givin her his heart... maybe he missunderstood something with that
but his song are overwhelming and just right

My daughter told me that his alleged suicide is an conspiracy and that they're finally investigating his death as a possible homicide.

@Tarquin9012 @TheClique86 here's my opinion on it... Elliott's mother and the bastard pass away, then Basement is re-released as a 2-disc and marketed as "the way it was intended to be heard"...likewise, anything that the rights to are being witheld and wouldn't be on that album would have their own release too...Imagine all the b-sides on one disc? A Distorted Reality alt, The Enemy is You, Son of Sam acoustic, etc

This wouldve worked brilliantly with the record

I get something different out of this song. I heard Elliotts parents got the rights to his songs, and wouldn't release this on the Basement album, but i think its a big slap in the face to suicide, saying thats the way everyone sees him, but i could be wrong, Elliotts lyrics are tough to decipher, still beautiful nontheless:)
30,000 hits and 3 years later, I can still come back, listen, and smile after a bad day, thanks Elliott, Love always

What an irony, the clique86, are you sure this is the last song he worked on?

Can't see why they won't officialy release this song. It is obvious this song is not an actual song about suicide but about how people thought all he did is wright sad depressing shit.

it's a touchy subject, especially so for people closer to Elliott than anyone could imagine, similies and metaphors don't cover up scars
