1) There had been several B&E in that neighborhood in the past few weeks, including Gates own home previously. The officer was responding to a B&E at the residence. The woman who reported the B&E saw 2 men entering the house. Gates was the only man that the officer saw. It was the officers duty to ensure that there wasn't someone hiding in the house that Gates was unaware of. 2) Gates was arrested outside his home after following the cop outside and taunting him after being warned many times.
..the blind leading the blind!....thats what happens when you only allow = filtered information from= MSLSD! ....no facts thank you very much!.........the nutty professer was an idiot.......cussin and fussin and ~lyin by omission!......wait till the tape of ~ gampie goin WILD!~ is heard on Actual NEWS like =FOX
Obama was right. The police officer shouldn't have arrested Gates for disorderly conduct because Gates never committed that crime. Obama wasn't criticizing the cambridge pd or police in general. Just that one officer's actions. Arresting people who do not commit crimes is wrong. I wish Obama would stand up for all people who are beaten by police and then charged with phony crimes like Disorderly Conduct.
Go to " cop in black scolar arrest is profiling expert" and read the racial comments. they think obama was wrong and the cops were right. lol maybe you can help them
