@SavannahMichelleeeee i do it most nights, but it's just a personal choice. my dermal sticks out a bit, so i do it every night to keep it pressed down, but most people only do it while the piercing is fresh.

@SavannahMichelleeeee haha, i have a band-aid on because i have a dermal piercing on my chest, and i sleep with a band-aid on it to keep it flat. heehee
