The West Wing - Margaret is a Lesbian

In some of the later (post-Sorkin) episodes, they drop hints that Margaret is a lesbian. This is probably the least subtle of those hints, as seen in Season 6, Episode 14 - The Wake Up Call

Wow, because yeah, there's no other way to have children than from being in a heterosexual relationship. All those pregnant lesbians, it's just because they were driving stick somewhere.

Throughout the series Margret flirts with Bruno, Lord John Marbury, and continuously flirts with Joe Quincy. She is also pregnant in the last season. I've watched the entire series and have never come away with the impression that she is meant to be a lesbian.

so guys # 1 &2 show up to look at the pretty lady and then guy # 3 shows up to look at the pretty lady and then Margaret shows up and it's NOT to look at the pretty lady? that doesn't make sense!

Of course she's there because of the lady, there wouldn't be a gag if Margaret wasn't gay.

And by the way, lesbians can get pregnant too
