I am on the injection and yes you do gain weight with it, so exercising and eating right may help. You might even have funny thoughts going through your head; however, don't let yourself get to the point that you wanna take your life because you'll regret it in the end. God put each and everyone of us on this earth for a reason; you'll just have to find your purpose. I assume you have schitzofrenia. Ask your doctor about diazepam and other medications under the category benzodiazepenes. If you already have had benzodiazepenes a good chance exists that you might have been tooken off them to fast with the consideration over 2 weeks the abuse potential significantly rises. Regardless having these "anti anxiety" medications on you at all times is a massive help.

I am on risperdal and I lay in bed all day watching tv. I don´t even listen to the words. So sad. Crying all day. I havent seen people for 6 years. All I do is cry and talk to a doctor. My life is horrable. I was fine before. I just thought a tarot man(neigbor) had chanted in my dream and vibrated my heart. Just one night! So life is fucked up big time.
