  • Thanks for the great video!

Its true, businesses are about people, its not just the money but the people. That is one of the reasons Social media has been a great success.

I will give you the best advice today,

watch the Simon Sinek how great leaders inspire

  • im thinking about starting a 2nd business.

  • Good insight and honesty about experiences. Unique content with no gimmicks. Thanks for sharing.

  • Helpful advice. Rated 5 stars, but it seems he contradicts himself at the end. He says that the number one thing about business is people, but then he states later that two people on a different "idea" (cafe by day or bar at night) lost $30,000. A misalignment of employee-partner is with people, but I think David Silverman could have clarified more about this with his other illustration if he had more time. Short but helpful. Recommended.

  • good info. Trust and allignment, I'm taking notes ! I'll use it in my business

  • Very Valuable advice, and I'm really thankful for you sharing it with us!

  • his absoulutely right. if one person is thinking one way and another person thinking a different aspect then its its not going to work.
