Young musician William Dutton receives a surprise gift of a violin.

At 13-years-old, Will is already a highly skilled and noted musician and a member of the National Children's Orchestra.

As well as playing the violin, Will also sings. He took the role of First Boy in Ken Branagh's film version of The Magic Flute; he was the BBC Young Boy Chorister of the Year 2006 and as such made numerous TV and radio appearances; and he became a member of The Choirboys treble boyband for their Carols Album, released by Universal Classics and Jazz in 2007.

From September 2008, William has been studying violin and voice at the world-famous Yehudi Menuhin School.

  • I'm so thankful for You Tube, otherwise, I would never have known about this young musician. Whatever his age now, I'm sure he is still blessing others with his violin and voice AND sweet personality. What a tribute to him to have been chosen to have that violin. Lots of thanks to go around!
