is doing this rotation motion exercises going to help me add some mass to my shoulders as opposed to just regular shoudler press etc...
obviously you would need to use less weights for these...
are the benefits just that you are working more of the muscles at one time?

@MaroonmeisteR Well just like anything; do it in moderation and don't overwork it the next day by doing something to strain your cuffs. These are just like any other shoulder workout with a higher difficult level so lift within your limits or u get hurt. Its only common sense that you should rest your muscles before doing something strenuous no this doesn't ruin your rotater cuffs if you do it in moderation, select the proper weight, and give it proper time to heal.

@MaroonmeisteR yea i did these and tore my right cuff pretty bad the next day (playing basketball) put me out of the tournament, didnt heal for six months. i would suggest using very small weights for anything rotator cuff related
