@LeagueOfLegendGamer I realize I'm not him, but in my opinion what has worked for me is starting regrowth pendant and a pot. Then rushing your warmogs then atmas. Gives you a tanky feel that allows you to carry out her abilities. Later Just build up a frozen mallet and bloodthirster. For this you kinda need to be comfortable solo top though or you won't get enough farm.
