Looks like the standard click to attack and run away when you get agro. This is WoW with better graphics and different names on their spells.

Actually it plays more like a hybrid WOW/DAoC. Have to remember, there's 24 unique classes, to WOW's 9. They would have ran out of spells if just renaming. Last thing, on the click to target and then fight..it's the only style of combat that can work in a possible high lag environment like the Open RvR. It would do no good to come up with revolutionary combat to find it doesn't work in large scale PvP battles. Mythic knows this works because they used it in DAoC which was around well before WOW.

Oh and P.S. don't run away...you take double damage in the back. In WAR you can't be a puss and run, you stay and fight.

Im not saying pvp is the same. WAR is going to own WoW on the pvp side. I love all of the ideas that they have put into the pvp. But the combat system is exactly the same. Click the person you want to attack then click the spell you want to hurt him with (or press the hotbar button of course :) )

Was expecting to see some serious Bright Wizzy action, but nope. There is only one way to go & its a dying lost art. Close range bomb spec with AOE & punts. Flamebreathe>Annihilate>Punt>?­Withering Heat?>Dead. I may not be able to win 1v1, but i get to kill you later in the thick of battle.

I play Witch Elf in War and cloth bearers are my prey while plate users "should" kill me :) In Scenarios (BG's for wow players) I mostly have to use stealth to get behind the tanks so I can pick the weakest cloth bearer and kill him :D My tactic = Hit and run ^^

I love this class but i hate the fact everyone is speccing immolation, i believe other 2 specs are heavily underpowered. If sorcerer is more balanced i will be forced to play on the destruction side, cause i don't really like dots

Crappy camera angle and pretty aweful selection of gameplay to showcase....

That said, THIS GAME IS FUCKING FUN!! Especially if you're a hardcore PVPer like myself.
