Outrageous the fact that when I started reading my first five minutes with this gadget it froze, stop working. A bad quality product, slow processing, weak contrast. Not expecting an answer because it seems the support is equal to the product, no information about problems with the product.

I would have liked to see, how the reader can handle the different file types.
How long does it take to open a PDF of 1MB, how long for 10MB?
