From the works of Living Enlightened Master Paramahamsa Nithyananda. In this discourse delivered at a Satsang with the students of Vivekananda Yoga University, Swamiji tells us that our lives are constantly updating itself...you cannot step into the same river twice. In answering a question as to whether if we are suffering we are growing spiritually, he emphatically tells us NO! He says that if there is intense yearning for spiritual growth there will be yearning or suffocation, but never suffering. Suffering is from the outside, Akamya whereas Suffocation is from Prarabhda. Discourses of Paramahamsa may be ordered online at www.lifeblissgalleria.com.

  • @grimmmammoth ....The only times in my life I haven't been LIVING my life, were the times I was "seeking" or "serving" god or enlightenment....No more questions, no more problems......No more seeking, Life is here.

  • Yes 216trixie but are you LIVING your life or are you living stories from your mind. There is a huge difference. Living your real life you will feel bliss....living a story from your mind you will feel suffering

  • there is no Path. no enlightenment. no Journey, other than life itself. We need nothing.

  • wonderful explanation between deep and shallow desires. thank you.

  • Thank you Swamiji, for explaining and clearing the differences between the both suffering and suffocation, very beautifully explained.

  • Simple Perfection!
