Archbishop Wilton D. Gregory invites you to join him for the 2007 Eucharistic Congress, the annual Archdiocese of Atlanta celebration of the Eucharist. This year will also feature the third annual Healing Mass on Friday evening. As in previous years, this year's schedule of dynamic speakers will enrich your lives as they reflect and teach about different aspects of the Eucharist.
Each year, the Eucharistic Congress brings Catholics from all over the Archdiocese of Atlanta and beyond. Cars, buses and caravans come from around the state and country to join the worship and teaching event. Consistently over the past several years, over 20,000 people attended this free event at the Georgia International Convention Center.
Archbishop Gregory chose "The Food That Endures For Eternal Life" as the theme for the 2007 Eucharistic Congress:
"Do not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. On him God the Father has placed his seal of approval." John 6:27.
This event is free and does not require tickets.
