@tommyyudhanugraha To be honest, the siomay was more similar to the siomay one gets in Dim Sum Chinese restaurants here in the states than anything I ever ate in Indonesia. Furthermore, they left out the potatoes. Siomay Bandung should have kintang. It was smothered in peanut sauce and kecap manis at least.
