1. There's a unicorn stuffed animal in the background.
2. Towards the end John scratched his head, and then Hank did.
They should copy the Hanklerfish and make it into a t-shirt. Although, it would be less special to have a real one.

in Ireland a bunch of people who pre-ordered copies received copies that weren't signed.

Just searched through every copy of The Fault in Our Stars at my local bookstore. All signed, but, alas, no hanklerfish :( I bought one anyway.
