Just ordered the Innocase II for my Blackberry Bold 9700.
Previously owned a Otterbox Defender Series for this phone, but unfortunately it was the worst of any Otterbox case+holster set I have ever used.
One of the clips that held the phone on the holster broke off and before this happened my phone fell off of my holster four times.
I asked Otterbox whether they were considering a redesign of this product (if you check out their website, you can see that I wasn't the only one who had this issue.

I bought another case which was very similar and the first time I dropped it on my study floor the top end corner broke! I could still use the case but I dropped it again and the other corner broke of rendering the case totally useless and it cost me $30 in Australia at Platinum Phone Accessories! I keep meaning to take it back but haven't yet!

@DayDealOnDisplay its all good tho. very imformative vid
The only answer I got was that they weren't going to fix the design flaw and I should send in my fault holster for a replacement.
Complete nonsense because if they are going to replace my holster that does not have any improvement int he design, then the same thing will happen and will cost me dearly (not the phone, the job that I do).
Hopefully the Seido Case will give me less of a hard time.
Thank you very much for the detailed review.

Thanks for your detailed insights. For everyone else who is also curious about the Defender on the Bold 9700, just head on over to Otterbox's official site and check the item out. You will see other users with reviews up which share the same issues.

Hey, thanks for a nice review. I have been using Otterboxes and they have their own issues, but i was wondering if you know does the current version of this kit include the clear 360 key-cover as opposed to the still advertised black-key cover seemingly included with all 360 kits? I know from taliking to a rep that if i was outfitting a Tour with the same "rugged kit' it wouldn't come with the 360 and i would have to use a innocase-2.

Hi there, sorry for the late response.
Starting with the Bold 9700 - The Innocase 360 that is included with this kit has the clear film covering for the screen and the keyboard as you had mentioned. It appears they've switched over the design to a solid color film / silicone covering on newer models of *other* kits than the Bold 9700.
The Innocase II is a new standard for Seidio for holster combos. So if you want a case and holster - it has to now be with the Innocase II.

Hi there! Youtube's 10 minute limit and a lot of things to talk about don't fare well for us unfortunately.
