Pandit Ji as a form of blessing for those people mentioned in the white paper, is rubbing little bit of red oil (Laal Tel) From Maa Tara's forehead / Hair. If you visit maa tara temple in Tarapeeth, after puja Pandit ji will smear some oil into your forehead as well as a form of blessing

    Jai Tara Maa

  • @bhavikjbhatt. ..Jai Maa tara

The temple is in tarapeeth near Asansol in West Bengal. This is one of the Tantrik Shaktipeeth out of 51. The white color paper is a paper in which devoteed have written names of their relatives who have not beed able to visit maa. Pandit ji in the video is chanting sankalp part of the puja. For Maa Tara only red color items are offered eg. Alta, Laal tel (red oil), Laal Udhul ka phool,

Laal Sindur, laal Chudi, Laal Chunari (Red flower) etc etc.
